Intense Pulsed Light Therapy (IPL)
Intense pulsed light (IPL) therapy is a non-invasive treatment that delivers light into the deep layers of the skin to improve fine lines and wrinkles, discoloration, sun spots, and collagen production. The stimulation of collagen yields long-lasting effects that even skin tone and diminish the appearance of pores. Plus, it can be done anywhere on the face or body. We usually recommend 1-3 procedures.
Laser Genesis is a non-invasive, heat-based laser treatment that smoothes skin texture, restores skin tone and color, and treats fine lines and wrinkles, scars, and acne. Laser Genesis also stimulates collagen growth, giving you a timeless, youthful glow. It can also be done anywhere on the face or body.
ClearLift is a form of laser therapy that stimulates the skin’s production of collagen. The light from the laser creates micro-wounds under the skin to activate your skin’s natural response to injury. This recovery response results in more collagen production, leaving you with smoother, younger-looking skin. It can also be done anywhere on the face or body.
Pixel laser therapy is used to treat fine lines and wrinkles, scars, redness, and other signs of aging. Its long-wave lasers provide controlled destruction to 10-40% of the skin’s surface, producing partial skin resurfacing and promoting total skin regeneration. Pixel is an invasive laser therapy, but it also yields the most significant results. We usually recommend 1-3 procedures, and discomfort level typically ranges from mild to moderate.
Tattoo laser therapy is used to break down particles of pigment in the skin, which are then digested by your body’s immune system. The timeframe for total tattoo removal depends on the size of the tattoo, colors used, as well as your skin type. Large tattoos can take 10 sessions or more for complete removal, and in order for the skin to heal, sessions are spaced 6 to 8 weeks apart. Discomfort level is typically moderate, though it can be performed under local anesthesia for sensitive patients.
Laser Hair Removal
Laser hair removal is a long-lasting hair removal treatment that uses heat to damage or destroy a hair follicle. If the hair follicle is destroyed, hair can no longer grow from it. However, if the follicle is just damaged, then hair may regrow—though typically much finer than before. While it varies by individual, most people need between 4 to 6 laser hair removal sessions, and you typically need to wait around 6 weeks between sessions. A full treatment cycle can therefore take 6+ months.
Vascular laser therapy is a laser skin procedure used to treat red spots and vessels (reticular veins, spider veins, hemangiomas, and telangiectasias) on the nose, lips, cheeks, and legs. The treatment is non-invasive and requires no anesthesia, although treated veins might darken or bruise for a few days after the procedure.
