Is the CoolSculpting Elite procedure right for you?
CoolSculpting, or Fat Freezing, has been around for over 10 years, it is a safe and effective procedure for non-invasive removal of unwanted fat and body contouring. Today, over several million procedures are been performed with great results and overall patient satisfaction ratings of way above 90 percent. So what’s all the rave about?
As scientific advances make their way into aesthetic medicine, we can achieve more results with less invasive or non-invasive procedures, with CoolSculpting virtually replacing liposuction. The new generation CoolSculpting Elite technology safely freezes 25% of existing fat fold – without any cutting, pain, or downtime. The risks of the procedure are minimal and as it requires no downtime, it is truly a lunchtime procedure with a new Elite technology-enhanced design. The CoolSculpting elite removes more fat than the previous generation of CoolSculpting devices.
We recommend CoolSculpting for “stubborn” fat areas (double chin, upper arms, abdomen, thighs, bra fat) that remain after weight loss has been achieved. Truth be told, CoolSculpting can be performed at any stage of the weight loss process. As well as for body shaping and enhancement like elongating the waistline.
One treatment area takes about 35 minutes to complete with CoolSculpting Elite. CoolSculpting Elite can sculpt several areas at the same time.
Is it really that simple?
Almost. There are a few things you need to know and ask before you chose your treatment provider.
No matter what anyone says, CoolSculpting, like virtually any aesthetic treatment, is both equipment and operator dependent. So you don’t want just anyone with no experience performing the treatment – it may result in a mediocre outcome. Your provider has to be CoolSculpting Certified Licensed Nurse or Aesthetician, and the equipment they use… well, you guessed right – should be CoolSculpting Elite. You do need medical clearance for the procedure, as there are some rare health conditions in which it would be contraindicated (e.g., cryoglobulinemia). A healthy diet and exercise are not a requirement for this procedure as it will work anyway, but come highly recommended for enhanced health and aesthetic results!
Last but not least, the price for the procedure depends on the area where you live (or having it done), the model of the equipment, and the number of areas purchased, also may depend on the training and experience of the operator but could be anywhere from $850 ( few areas, experienced operator, newer equipment ) to $475 per area.
