Insurance: We accept most PPO plans and Medicare plans for weight loss treatments. No insurance is accepted for hormone treatments.

Scheduling: Please call our front desk or book online to schedule your appointment. If you’re unable to make your appointment, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your original appointment time. Any other cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment may result in a fee.

Arrival: Plan on arriving to our wellness spa 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will ensure you have enough time to update your information with us and/or fill out any required paperwork.
